Turn on contactless payment
- All the payment cards we currently issue allow contactless payment.
- We can no longer turn off contactless payments for you. You are, of course, not obliged to pay contactless. You can still continue to use your card at payment terminals as usual.
- Have you received a new payment card? Then you must activate this card first. This will also activate contactless payment. Read how to do this below.
Activating your payment card
If this is your first payment card from us:
- Have your payment card and activation code ready.
- Call 0800 - 024 07 21, or +31 102 411 721 from abroad.
- Enter the last 9 digits of your account number.
- Enter the 3 digits of your card number.
- Enter the 12 digits of the activation code which you will find in your letter.
- Your payment card is now activated.
If you already had a payment card from us and have now received a replacement:
You can activate your new card by paying in a shop, inserting your card in the payment terminal.
