ABN AMRO believes it is important that everyone can do their banking themselves. That’s why we’re trying to make banking as easy as possible for everyone. We’re working hard to improve our services, taking your wishes into account as well. If you need any help, you can always contact us.
Every month we organise free sessions to teach you about Internet Banking and the ABN AMRO app. Manuals and videos with explanations are also available to you.
We do our utmost to ensure secure banking for you, but you can also do certain things yourself to keep your banking secure.
Banking is still possible without internet or a mobile phone. You can transfer money using a transfer form, for example.
We have various tools to help you with banking if you have difficulty hearing or speaking, or if you are blind or partially sighted.
If you’d rather have someone else handle your banking on your behalf, you can always authorise someone close to you. Granting power of attorney is also possible.
You may run into problems when withdrawing or depositing money. An assistant or tool like the card grabber can help you with this.
Of course, you’d prefer to do your daily banking yourself. But sometimes you can't manage this and need some help. Due to a medical condition, for instance, or if you don’t have much experience with banking online. ABN AMRO is happy to help you in these cases. Our Help with Banking Advisers are here for you. Want to find out more? Our adviser Anneke will tell you all you need to know.
