You can use Microsoft Teams on a smartphone or tablet using:

Yes, you can. You will participate as a guest automatically. 

To join a Video Banking meeting on your smartphone or tablet, you need to install Microsoft Teams. You can also join a Video Banking meeting on your computer or laptop. If you use Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Safari as a browser, you do not need to install Microsoft Teams.

We recommend that you use a WiFi network as this provides a more stable video connection. If this is not an option, you can also join a Video Banking meeting through a 4G mobile network.

You can check that your camera and microphone are working properly using this test meeting. NB: this is not the Video Banking meeting. You will not be collected from the lobby by an adviser.

When you open the app for the first time, you will be asked to give permission to use sound and video. If you can't see or hear the adviser, try to contact them through the chat.

When your appointment is due to begin, we check whether you’re in the Video Banking environment. If you have not joined yet, the adviser will contact you on your telephone number. Make sure you check your contact details in the ABN AMRO app or on Internet Banking.
